This is the short version in plain English. A full version reviewed for launch replaces it before paid plans open.

What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. Who we are

MyFoneCloud runs this website and the panel. Write to support@myfonecloud.com about anything that concerns your data.

2. What we collect

  • Your account: e-mail address, sign in method, and your name if you sign in with Google.
  • Your workspace: phone names, groups, tags, notes and the proxy settings you enter for each phone.
  • Billing records: running minutes, plan purchases, top ups and balance changes.
  • Technical data: server logs with error codes and IP addresses, kept to run and secure the service.

3. Why we use it

To run your phones, to bill you correctly, to keep the service secure and to answer support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who helps us

Google Firebase handles sign in, the database and hosting. Our cloud phone infrastructure provider receives the phone settings and proxy details needed to run each phone. Once crypto top ups open, a payment processor handles each payment.

5. Cookies and storage

We set one essential cookie, __session, which keeps you signed in for up to 5 days. We use no analytics or advertising cookies. While a phone screen is open, the browser tab keeps its address until you stop the phone, sign out or close the tab.

6. How long we keep it

Account and workspace data stay while your account exists. Deleted phones are removed together with their data. Billing records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, for corrections and for the deletion of your account by writing to support@myfonecloud.com. We answer within 30 days. If you live in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
