Refund policy
This is the short version in plain English. A full version reviewed for launch replaces it before paid plans open.
When money comes back, and when it does not.
1. Wallet top ups
Top ups are final. Wallet balance is not paid back in money or in crypto.
2. Plans
A plan runs for 30 days from the moment you buy it. Unused days and unused slots are not refunded.
3. Running minutes
Minutes are charged only while a phone runs. Pay only for the first 3 hours per phone each day. Every minute after that is free until the daily reset.
4. Our mistakes
If we charged you for minutes a phone did not run, or charged you twice, write to support@myfonecloud.com within 30 days. We check the charge and correct it as a credit to your wallet.
5. Your legal rights
Nothing on this page limits the rights that the law of your country gives you.
