Terms of service

Last updated 10 October 2026

This is the short version in plain English. A full version reviewed for launch replaces it before paid plans open.

The rules for using MyFoneCloud, in short.

1. The service

MyFoneCloud rents Android phones that run in the cloud and open in your browser. A plan keeps a number of phone slots for you, and running phones are billed per minute from your wallet.

2. Your account

You need a working e-mail address to sign up. Keep your login safe. You are responsible for everything done in your workspace, including by people you share access with.

3. Fair use

Do not use MyFoneCloud for anything illegal. That includes fraud, malware, harassment and messages people did not agree to receive.

You are responsible for the accounts you run on our phones and for following the rules of every app and site you use. We may stop or delete phones used against these terms, and close the workspace.

4. Plans, minutes and the wallet

A plan gives you phone slots for 30 days and does not renew by itself. Each running minute costs $0.02 and is taken from your wallet. Pay only for the first 3 hours per phone each day. Every minute after that is free until the daily reset.

Starting a phone needs enough balance for 10 minutes. When the balance runs out, running phones are stopped. Every workspace with an active plan gets 60 free minutes each month, used before the wallet.

5. When a plan ends

Phones cannot be created or started without an active plan. After 14 days without a plan, phones are deleted together with their apps and data, and this cannot be undone.

6. Availability

We work to keep phones available, but we cannot promise that the service never stops. Phones run on infrastructure from third party providers, and maintenance or outages can interrupt them.

7. Liability

The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top always shows the version in force.
